At CrazyCarTech, we are dedicated to ensuring that your car accessories reach you in a secure, timely, and cost-effective manner. Please take a moment to read our shipping policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Shipping Locations
We proudly ship to all locations across India, including:
- Metro cities (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Ahmedabad)
- Non-metro cities
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 towns
- Remote or difficult-to-reach locations (via our partnered logistics providers)
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.
- You will receive an email or SMS with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, strikes, natural calamities, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Flat Shipping Rate: ₹200 for all orders.
- Free Shipping Offers: We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns. These offers will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD Availability: Available only for eligible pin codes and selected products.
- COD Handling Fee: ₹50 (in addition to the ₹200 shipping charge).
- Total COD Order Cost = Product Price + ₹200 (Shipping) + ₹50 (COD handling)
Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched:
- A tracking number will be shared via SMS/email.
- You can track your package using the link provided or by logging into your CrazyCarTech account.
7. Delayed Delivery or Issues
In case of delays or problems:
- Contact us directly for a quick resolution.
- We will coordinate with the courier partner and keep you informed.
