• Non-metro cities
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 towns
• Remote or difficult-to-reach locations (via our partnered logistics providers)

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
• We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.
• You will receive an email or SMS with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, strikes, natural calamities, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Flat Shipping Rate: ₹200 for all orders.
• Free Shipping Offers: We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns. These offers will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD Availability: Available only for eligible pin codes and selected products.
• COD Handling Fee: ₹50 (in addition to the ₹200 shipping charge).
• Total COD Order Cost = Product Price + ₹200 (Shipping) + ₹50 (COD handling)

Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.
